Ruby
The founding circle. The club's signature.
The members who define what the club is
The Ruby Key is the founding tier. It is limited to a maximum of twelve simultaneous members throughout the club's history. The Ruby member votes on admissions at any level, co-decides the strategic direction of the club, accesses the on-chain treasury, and holds permanent representation on the executive committee. Their signature counts as much as the founder's.
Limits. Ruby does not carry a fixed annual fee — it is a contribution agreed upon entry. Membership is for life, except by unanimous decision of the remaining Rubies. The commitment is total: presence at at least two in-person meetings per year, permanent accessibility for strategic consultation, and a commitment to absolute discretion regarding internal decisions.
Access. By consensus of the executive committee and a positive vote from all existing Ruby members. There is no open application — Rubies are identified, observed over years and, eventually, invited. The process from first contact to signing may take between one and three years.
