SIGNATURA Investments opens to club members access to investment opportunities that do not appear at private banks or public platforms: institutional real estate in Madrid and Barcelona, private equity in growing Spanish companies, venture in selected startups, and exposure to institutional-grade tokenized assets.
Each opportunity goes through the club's investment committee — formed by members with proven track record in each vertical — before it is presented. We do not sell product. We do not earn retrocessions. Curation is the service.
Access to this vertical is optional and requires accreditation as a professional investor under European (MiFID II) or US (Reg D) regulation. Each member decides their level of participation. Opportunities are shared in the club's private channel, with full technical dossier and co-investment by senior members when appropriate.
